TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CLASSROOM SERVICES

Services Offered

Last Updated: August 2022

Through the Spanish Connected website, the author offers the sale of live class packages to teach Spanish as a foreign language. Classes will be held via a video call through the Zoom platform where the student and the teacher will be able to meet. The material to be used in each class will be delivered in advance by the teacher and discussed during the session.

It is advisable to carry out individual study activities between sessions, which will also be provided by the teacher and agreed with the student. It is the student’s duty to connect at the time and day previously stipulated, as well as to remain committed to the activities that are carried out to learn Spanish.

It is understood that the teacher is a guide for learning, who motivates and helps the student to understand grammatical aspects, but it is the student’s duty to keep the teacher informed about their requirements and needs with the language in order to make the most of each of the sessions provided.

All class packages provided on the website have to be paid in advance through the PayPal platform. If this means of payment is not available, credit cards, VISA, Master cards, and direct bank transfers to the author’s name are also accepted. This data has not been published to maintain the privacy of the author of the site, if you need this data, simply contact us at hola@spanishconnected. com

The services offered on this website are published in the Services section. These services are constantly updated regarding prices, schedule, and duration of classes, due to the demand of Spanish students. In case you don’t find a service that suits your needs just write to hola@spanioshconnected.com and get in touch with the author of the website.

The client can change the day and hour until 24 hours before a class. The waiver of the course must be done in writing at hola@spanishconnected.com If the receipt of the waiver of the class occurs less than 24 hours from the start of the class, the money can not be refunded. If a student does not appear at the beginning of the class without having canceled in the term and in the manner indicated above, or if they decide to leave before completion, they must pay in full for the pack classes.

The minimum age to participate in my classes is 18. In case the student is a minor, the approval of the parent is required for the class to be delivered. That is, the scheduling of each session and the connection to the session on the day and time will be strictly the responsibility of the adult in charge and not of the child/adolescent.

SC offers classes every day of the year without the exception of bank holidays or breaks. However, the availability of the days varies according to the reservation of the students, therefore users of the service are advised to schedule their classes in advance to not face problems with a lack of timetables.

SC undertakes to maintain absolute discretion regarding the personal data to which it has access in compliance with this contract and to observe all the legal provisions contained in Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Character Personal Data.

The student expressly and unequivocally consents to the transfer of his personal data to SC, insofar as it is necessary to comply with the obligations established by the Law or those that have been agreed upon by the parties.
