Some of most common questions asked by my students.

The process is straightforward. Classes are scheduled based on both the student’s availability and mine. To schedule a class, simply fill out the enrollment form on the “Enrollment” page with your details and preferences. Once submitted, I will contact you to coordinate the details and schedule our personalized sessions.

To enroll in my personalized classes, visit the “Enrollment” page on my website and complete the form with your details. As soon as I receive your request, I will reach out to you to begin organizing our classes tailored to your individual needs.

My primary focus is on generating meaningful conversations. I create activities that incorporate specific grammar and vocabulary that students need to learn. Through these guided activities and conversations, students practice using Spanish in a natural way, allowing them to improve their fluency and confidence in the language.

I mainly offer personalized classes, but I accept group classes for up to [X] people when students already know each other. For example, if they are a couple, friends, or coworkers. This is because my method involves a high level of speaking, and in a group where people don’t know each other, the more timid or reserved individuals may not find opportunities to speak. To accommodate all types of learners, I create a safe environment where there are no recordings or other people present, allowing students to speak without worrying about mistakes.

I teach all levels of Spanish, but as my method focuses on conversation, students should have at least a basic level where they can introduce themselves, talk about their interests, and express what they would like to do. With a basic level, we can start classes without any problems and progress to more advanced levels.

I have been teaching Spanish for several years. I started teaching in Barcelona at language schools and then began offering private classes to the same students. I also taught Spanish in language schools in England. Upon returning to Chile, I started teaching online classes independently.

The cancellation policy depends on the program you choose. In general, I require a 24-hour notice for cancellations to better organize my schedule and provide the best service to my students. However, in the advanced program, same-day cancellations are allowed.

All classes come with a workbook, materials uploaded to Google Drive, and infographics covering the grammar or vocabulary we are studying. It’s not necessary to purchase books.

Classes can be paid for through the PayPal platform. However, if you have another payment platform you’d like to use, I’m open to trying it as long as the fee is covered by the student.

At the moment, I do not offer classes for specific exams or conversation. However, my classes have a high conversational focus, and in all sessions, I aim to teach grammar and provide feedback on specific elements of Spanish.

If a student is not satisfied with the program after the first class, I can offer a full refund.

My class schedule is entirely adaptable to the needs of my students. I’ve had students from Australia to California with very different schedules, all of which I’ve been able to accommodate without any issues.
